Turning a passion for stop-motion animation and compositing into an 8+ year career in visual effects, Rachel has grown into one of WeFX’s leading compositing supervisors. Tasked with developing the look for sequences, Rachel leads her team of compositors to deliver visual effects with attention to detail and thoughtful design. Over the course of her career Rachel has contributed her compositing skills to such high profile projects as Disney’s ‘The Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell no Tales’, Guillermo Del Toro’s award winning film ‘The Shape of Water’, Netflix’s Stranger Things and FX's What We Do In The Shadows. In addition to her compositing work with WeFX, Rachel has collaborated on-set for several indie films as a visual effects supervisor, working closely with directors and cinematographers to find creative solutions to bring their vision to life.
